Requirements:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, ACCA, or a related field.
- 3-7 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Owner in the financial services, banking, or fintech sector.
- Solid understanding of financial processes such as payments, accounting, investments, loans, or risk management.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to interpret financial data.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with financial modeling, data-driven decision-making, or regulatory compliance (e.g., KYC, AML) is a plus.
- Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
- Knowledge of SQL or experience working with data analytics teams.
- Exposure to AI-driven finance solutions, blockchain, or open banking concepts.

Professional certifications (e.g., CSPO, CFA, CPA, or PMI-ACP) are advantageous.
- Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and the development team.
- Translate business and financial requirements into clear product features and user stories.
- Define, maintain, and prioritize the product backlog based on business value and customer impact.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, finance, compliance, and marketing).
- Analyze financial data, KPIs, and customer behavior to inform product decisions.
- Ensure all financial products comply with relevant regulations and internal governance policies.
- Conduct competitive and market analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the financial domain.
- Drive the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to delivery and continuous improvement.
- Support development and QA teams during sprints to clarify requirements and validate deliverables.
