Senior Business Analyst – Tech & Salesforce Platforms

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to bridge business needs and technology delivery within a fast-growing food delivery technology platform . The role focuses on Salesforce-based systems and digital platforms supporting operations, merchants, logistics, and customer experience.

The ideal candidate brings strong requirements management , excellent stakeholder communication skills, and hands-on experience working in Salesforce-driven, Agile product environments , preferably within food delivery or on-demand tech ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead requirements elicitation through workshops and stakeholder interviews
• Translate business needs into BRDs, FRDs, functional specifications, and user stories
• Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams
• Support Product Managers and delivery teams during backlog grooming and sprint planning
• Map and optimize business processes using process flows and user journeys
• Support UAT planning and execution , including test scenarios and defect tracking
• Ensure Salesforce solutions align with business objectives and operational needs
• Analyze data and KPIs to support process improvement and decision-making
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across operations, commercial, finance, and support
• Ensure documentation and requirements traceability throughout the delivery lifecycle

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in tech-driven environments
• Strong experience working with Salesforce platforms (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, custom Salesforce solutions)
• Prior experience in food delivery, marketplace, e-commerce, or on-demand platforms
• Fluent Arabic speaker (mandatory)
• Strong knowledge of Agile / Scrum methodologies
• Proven ability to produce high-quality functional and business documentation
• Experience working closely with developers, QA, and product teams
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience in startup or scale-up environments
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related field
