As we enter our next growth phase, we are looking for a high-performing Senior Business Developer who can open doors, build strong local relationships, and bring in consistent revenue.

Role Overview

This is a performance-driven role for someone who thrives on closing deals and building long-term client partnerships. The selected candidate will be responsible for acquiring local clients through their network, outreach, partnerships, and direct sales efforts.

Important: There is no marketing budget allocated in the initial month, so we are specifically looking for someone with an existing network, proven sales ability, and the confidence to independently generate business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, approach, and secure local clients aligned with Bridge2Studio’s service offerings
  • Develop and execute outbound sales strategies without reliance on paid marketing
  • Leverage personal and professional networks to accelerate client acquisition
  • Lead discovery meetings, present solutions, negotiate contracts, and close deals
  • Maintain a strong sales pipeline and provide weekly progress reports
  • Build long-term relationships that lead to repeat business and referrals
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven track record in business development, sales, or client acquisition
  • Ability to confidently guarantee client inflow based on past performance
  • Strong local market connections
  • Exceptional negotiation and communication skills
  • Self-starter mindset with high accountability
  • Comfortable working in a performance-oriented environment

Preferred:
Experience selling digital services, creative solutions, marketing retainers, or e-commerce services.

High Commission Structure:
