Business Development Manager – AI Automation & Cybersecurity (Dubai)

Role Summary

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving new client acquisition in the UAE SME segment (10–50 employees), focusing on healthcare clinics, logistics companies, and professional services firms.

This is a consultative B2B technology sales role requiring strong prospecting, discovery, and closing capabilities.

Key Responsibilities1. Lead Generation & Prospecting

  • Identify and target SMEs across Dubai and Northern Emirates
  • Conduct LinkedIn outreach campaigns and direct networking
  • Generate 15–20 qualified leads per quarter
  • Maintain CRM pipeline hygiene

2. Consultative Sales Process

  • Conduct discovery meetings with decision-makers (CEO, IT Head, Operations Head)
  • Identify automation and cybersecurity gaps
  • Present tailored solution proposals
  • Coordinate with technical team for solution design
  • Close 1–2 new implementation projects per quarter

3. Relationship Management

  • Build long-term executive relationships
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews with clients
  • Identify upsell opportunities (security add-ons, tier upgrades)

4. Market Positioning

  • Represent company at networking events and business forums
  • Develop referral partnerships with consultants and accounting firms
  • Build personal brand on LinkedIn (thought leadership encouraged)

Performance KPIs

  • 1 new implementation deal per quarter minimum
  • 15–20% lead-to-close ratio
  • Customer acquisition cost within target threshold
  • 90% client retention support via relationship management
  • Pipeline value of 3x quarterly revenue target

Required Qualifications

  • 3–6 years B2B technology sales experience in UAE
  • Experience selling IT services, SaaS, automation, or cybersecurity preferred
  • Strong UAE SME market network
  • Excellent communication & presentation skills
  • Comfortable discussing ROI, compliance, and digital transformation
  • CRM proficiency (HubSpot/Salesforce preferred)
  • Valid UAE driving license preferred

Preferred Background

  • Understanding of ISO 27001 or cybersecurity fundamentals
  • Existing referral network within SME ecosystem

Compensation Structure (Suggested)

Base Salary: AED 5,000 – 8,000 per month
Commission:

  • 5–8% on implementation fees
  • 2–3% on recurring revenue (first 12 months)

Quarterly performance bonus based on target achievement

High performers can exceed AED 20,000+ per month total compensation.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
