Senior Business Development

About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Senior Business Development to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years of proven experience in client acquisition, sales, or business development, coupled with a strong passion for driving growth and exploring new market opportunities. In this role, you will be responsible for expanding our client base, building strategic relationships, and contributing directly to the company’s revenue growth. We’re looking for someone who excels in a fast-paced environment, communicates effectively, and is eager to deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, strategic networking, and proactive outreach.
• Develop and manage a robust pipeline of qualified leads, converting prospects into long-term partnerships.
• Conduct client meetings to understand their requirements and deliver customized business solutions.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to continuously improve strategies and offerings.

Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in business development or client acquisition.
• Good communication skills in English, both spoken and written.
• Strong skills in negotiation, presentation, and dealing with people.
• Must be proactive, confident, and able to work alone or in a team.
• Experience working in a software house is a big plus.
