Location: Chennai (Hybrid – 3 days in office)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Senior Business Development Executive to drive growth by optimizing sales processes, managing client engagements, and enabling effective go-to-market campaigns. The role requires strong CRM knowledge, data-driven decision-making, and a passion for building scalable business strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain CRM workflows, sales sequences, and campaign execution.
  • Track leads, opportunities, and pipeline performance with accurate reporting.
  • Collaborate with marketing for inbound and account-based campaigns.
  • Equip the sales team with pitch materials, playbooks, and process documentation.
  • Support onboarding of new team members and ensure CRM best practices.
  • Contribute to quarterly sales strategy reviews and growth initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • 4–6 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Operations.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred).
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills.
  • Understanding of B2B sales cycles and account-based strategies.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Tools Exposure (Preferred):

  • CRM (HubSpot or similar).
  • LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Teams, OneNote).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
