ERS TECH is seeking highly skilled Business Development Executive with proven experience in acquiring projects on Upwork, Fiverr & Linkedin etc. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, writing winning proposals, and securing high-value projects for our software development, blockchain, fintech, AI, mobile & web development services.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Identify and analyze project opportunities on Upwork
✅ Write compelling, customized proposals that effectively showcase our expertise
✅ Manage bidding strategies to secure projects with a high success rate
✅ Communicate with potential clients to understand their requirements and close deals
✅ Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term collaboration
✅ Stay updated with freelancing platform trends and best practices

Requirements:

✔ Proven experience as a Bidding Expert on Upwork
✔ Strong understanding of IT services, software development, blockchain, fintech, AI, mobile & web development
✔ Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
✔ Ability to draft persuasive proposals and negotiate project terms
✔ A results-driven mindset with a proven track record of winning projects
✔ Strong organizational and time-management skills
