Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Strategy
- Identify, target, and develop new and high-potential business opportunities across assigned regions.
- Build and manage long-term relationships with senior architects, interior designers, builders, developers, and consultants.
- Drive strategic tie-ups, repeat business, and key account management.
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, trade shows, and networking forums to strengthen brand presence.
- Conduct in-depth market and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and expansion areas.
- Support management in territory planning, forecasting, and business strategy execution.
Customer Interaction & Conversion
- Lead high-value client meetings at showrooms, project sites, factories, and offices.
- Deliver advanced product presentations, technical explanations, and customised solutions.
- Prepare and negotiate commercial proposals, pricing strategies, and project timelines.
- Ensure effective lead conversion, order finalisation, and coordination with dispatch and operations teams.
- Guide clients post-dispatch to ensure proper installation, satisfaction, and relationship continuity.
- Collect structured feedback to improve products, service quality, and customer experience.
Team Support & Leadership
- Mentor, guide, and support Business Development Executives and showroom sales teams.
- Assist in training teams on products, selling techniques, and customer engagement.
- Coordinate with the Marketing Department on lead generation initiatives, branding activities, social media, and digital campaigns.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, client data, meeting reports, and performance tracking.
- Act as a bridge between sales, marketing, operations, and management.
