Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Business Development Executive to lead growth initiatives and expand market presence within the chemicals industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing high-value client relationships, and driving strategic sales growth both locally and internationally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities to increase market share.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Prepare and deliver impactful presentations and business proposals to prospective clients.
  • Coordinate with international clients to achieve and monitor sales targets.
  • Represent the company at conferences, exhibitions, and industry events to generate leads and enhance brand visibility.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals and strategies.

Required Skills & Tools

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS PowerPoint and other presentation tools
  • Experience with sales tracking and client communication platforms
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and meet deadlines

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

Experience

  • 3–4 years of relevant experience in business development or sales (preferably in the chemicals or related industry)

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: PKR 80,000 – 100,000 (based on experience)
