Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead our international client acquisition and relationship efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships across global markets, and driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships and solution selling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new international business opportunities through market research, lead generation, and networking.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers across global client organizations.
- Understand client requirements and collaborate with internal teams (tech, delivery, pre-sales) to propose suitable IT solutions.
- Own the end-to-end sales cycle – from prospecting to negotiation and closure.
- Represent the company in international meetings, virtual demos, and events.
- Work closely with the marketing team for campaign planning, content alignment, and targeted outreach.
- Track pipeline, sales metrics, and forecasts using CRM tools (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through proactive communication and support.
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies.
Requirements:
- Proven experience (5+ years) in international business development, preferably in IT or software services.
- Strong exposure to global markets (US, UK, Europe, Singapore, Middle East, etc.).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to understand technical concepts and translate them into client solutions.
- Experience working with CRM platforms and lead generation tools.
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Willingness to work flexible hours across time zones.
Preferred Skills:
- Prior experience with SaaS, cloud services, digital transformation, or custom software development.
- Multilingual skills (if applicable).
- Experience in client acquisition through LinkedIn, Upwork, or international bidding platforms is a plus.
