The Senior Business Development Manager will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth, building strategic relationships, and expanding the company's real estate portfolio. The incumbent will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing key clients, leading a sales team, and achieving revenue targets through proactive market engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Growth & Strategy

  • Develop and execute sales and business development strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.

  • Identify and evaluate potential real estate projects and investment opportunities.

  • Conduct market research to analyze property trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior.

  • Build and maintain strategic partnerships with real estate developers, agents, and corporate clients.

Sales Management

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing business development team.

  • Drive team performance through KPIs, sales targets, and structured performance reviews.

  • Negotiate contracts, agreements, and closings with high-value clients.

  • Ensure strong sales funnel management and timely reporting to senior management.

Client Relationship Management

  • Develop long-term client relationships through trust, transparency, and effective communication.

  • Oversee client onboarding, after-sales service, and satisfaction levels.

  • Act as a key contact for VIP and corporate clients to ensure smooth deal execution.

Operational Excellence

  • Collaborate with marketing, legal, and finance teams to ensure successful project execution.

  • Maintain compliance with company policies, market regulations, and documentation standards.

  • Monitor post-sale operations, including handover and client retention activities.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

  • 5–8 years of proven experience in real estate business development or property sales management.

  • Strong understanding of real estate market dynamics, investment analysis, and project sales cycles.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities.

  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
