Job Title: Senior Business Development Manager
Company Overview
We are a fast-growing marketing and creative solutions company working with brands across digital, production, and DOOH advertising. We are expanding our client base and strengthening our sales function with an experienced leader who can bring in brand deals, manage key accounts, and drive revenue growth.
Role Overview
We are seeking a high-performing Senior Business Development Manager who will head our sales team, secure brand partnerships, and drive aggressive business growth. The ideal candidate must have experience working with brands or advertising/creative agencies and should have a proven track record of closing high-value deals.
This role requires leadership, strategy, and hands-on selling.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Leadership & Team Management
• Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
• Set KPIs, sales goals, and performance metrics for the team.
• Conduct weekly sales meetings, pipeline reviews, and performance evaluations.
• Train, guide, and upskill sales staff.
2. Business Development & Deal Closing
• Identify, pitch, and secure deals with brands across industries (FMCG, fashion, tech, automotive, real estate, etc.).
• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline with consistent follow-ups.
• Develop tailored proposals, presentations, and pitches for potential clients.
• Negotiate pricing, project scopes, and close high-value contracts.
3. Client & Stakeholder Management
• Maintain long-term relationships with brand managers, marketing heads, and agency leads.
• Act as the primary point of contact for key clients.
• Understand client needs and work with internal teams (marketing, production, performance, creative) to deliver solutions.
4. Strategy & Revenue Growth
• Create and execute quarterly sales strategies to expand market presence.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities.
• Work closely with leadership to align revenue goals and business positioning.
Required Experience
• 3–7 years of experience in Sales / Business Development.
• Must have worked with brands or advertising, creative, media, or digital agencies.
• Proven track record of closing deals and meeting sales targets.
• Experience managing or mentoring a sales team is preferred.
Skills & Competencies
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Excellent negotiation and closing abilities.
• Ability to research clients, understand marketing needs, and propose strategic solutions.
• Organized, proactive, and high-ownership mindset.
• Strong network in brand/agency ecosystem is a major plus.
KPIs & Performance Metrics
• Monthly/quarterly revenue targets achieved.
• Number of qualified leads and proposals generated.
• Number of deals successfully closed.
• Client retention rate and satisfaction score.
• Sales team performance and improvement
