Position: Senior Business Development Manager ( Female ONLY )
Location: Dubai , UAE

Recruitment Background & Objective:We are seeking to recruit a strong, front-end Business Development professional to lead 0–1 client acquisition and project sourcing.

This role is designed to strengthen our client-entry and relationship-driven sales capability, allowing internal teams to focus on project structuring, coordination, and delivery.

Key Responsibilities

1. Client Acquisition & Business Development (Core Responsibility)

A) Proactively identify, approach, and develop relationships with

i. Villa owners and investors

ii. Property developers

iii. Commercial property owners

iv. Project consultants, PMCs, and property managers

B.) Build and maintain a qualified pipeline of target clients and projects

C) Lead early-stage engagement, needs discovery, and opportunity qualification

2. Project Opportunity Development

A) Act as the primary external business interface for the company

B) Convert client discussions into:

i. Real project opportunities

ii. Requests for proposals and design / fit-out engagements

C.) Work closely with internal teams to transition opportunities into:

i. Design development

ii. Commercial proposals

iii. Contract negotiations

3. Market Presence & Network Expansion

a) Actively expand the company’s market visibility and professional network

b) Represent the company at:

i. Industry events

ii. Client meetings

iii. Business networking sessions

c) Develop long-term relationships with key market stakeholders

Mandatory Requirements

- 5–10+ years of business development experience in the UAE or GCC region

- Proven track record in interior design, fit-out, contracting, or real estate-related sectors

- Demonstrated ability to generate projects from scratch (0–1)

- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and client-facing skills

- Clear understanding of the design & build / fit-out commercial cycle

Preferred Qualifications

1. Existing network within:

a) Luxury residential market

b) Commercial or retail property sector

2. Experience working with:

a) Consultants

b) Developers

c) High-net-worth clients

3. Fluent in English (French & Arabic is a strong advantage)

Salary:
Start : AED 12,000 plus commission
