The Senior Business Developer is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, expanding the company’s client portfolio, and driving revenue growth for Parkonic Parking Systems & Management LLC. The role focuses on promoting parking management solutions, smart parking technologies, valet services, parking operations, and related business services across the UAE market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for parking management services and smart parking solutions.
- Generate leads and build strong relationships with clients, property developers, malls, hotels, hospitals, residential communities, and government entities.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify industry trends and business opportunities.
- Prepare business proposals, presentations, quotations, and service agreements.
- Negotiate contracts and commercial terms with prospective clients.
- Coordinate with operations and technical departments to ensure proper project execution and client satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
- Attend business meetings, networking events, and industry exhibitions to promote company services.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by management.
- Prepare regular sales reports, pipeline updates, and market feedback reports.
- Collaborate with the marketing team for promotional campaigns and branding initiatives.
- Monitor customer requirements and provide customized parking and mobility solutions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and business standards.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or related field.
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management.
- UAE experience in parking management, facilities management, smart technology, or related industries is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of parking systems, valet operations, mobility solutions, and facility services is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong client relationship management abilities.
- Proven track record of achieving sales and revenue targets.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple business opportunities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems.
- UAE Driving License is mandatory.
