Compensation

PKR 160,000 – 185,000 per month + High-Performance Incentives

About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional, performance-driven professional to drive new business development while maintaining strict recovery discipline.

This is not a routine sales role.

We are looking for someone who can open doors, build premium client relationships, close business confidently, and ensure financial discipline through timely collections.

You will be working closely with leadership to expand our presence with high-value clients and contribute directly to revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and onboard new clients through proactive business development
• Present and position products to high-value / quality-focused customers
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets
• Ensure timely recovery of receivables with professionalism and firmness
• Monitor client credit and coordinate internally for smooth operations
• Maintain structured reporting on pipeline, conversions, and recoveries

Candidate Profile

• 3–8 years of proven success in sales / business development
• Strong track record of closing new business independently
• Experience dealing with quality-conscious or premium clients preferred
• Demonstrated ability to handle payment follow-ups and recovery
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Highly disciplined, self-motivated, and target-driven
• Professional appearance and confident personality
