Senior Business Development Specialist

Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven SaaS Business Development Specialist/Closer to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in nurturing leads, building client relationships, and closing deals for our suite of services. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and a strong ability to convert opportunities into long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Nurturing and Follow-Up

  • Proactively engage with prospective clients via email, phone, and other communication channels.
  • Build and maintain a structured follow-up cadence to advance leads through the sales funnel.

Consultative Selling

  • Understand client needs, challenges, and goals to recommend tailored solutions.
  • Clearly communicate the value propositions of our services, including technical and business benefits.

Closing Sales

  • Negotiate pricing and terms to close deals while ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.

Collaboration with Teams

  • Coordinate with internal teams (design, development, marketing, AI/ML) to align client needs with deliverable solutions.
  • Ensure seamless handoffs from sales to project implementation teams.

CRM Management

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions in the CRM system.
  • Track and report on sales activities, pipeline status, and conversion rates.

Market Expertise

  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies in SaaS, web development, marketing, and AI/ML.
  • Use industry insights to position the company as a trusted partner.

Qualifications:

Experience:

  • Proven track record in sales, follow-up, and closing, preferably in SaaS, Web Design & Development, Digital Marketing, or AI/ML sectors.
  • Experience with tools like GHL (GoHighLevel) or other CRM/SaaS platforms is a plus.

Skills:

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including proficiency in native Englishaccent.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
  • Ability to grasp technical concepts and translate them into business solutions.

Mindset:

  • Results-oriented with a proactive and self-motivated approach.
  • Willingness to go the extra mile to refine lead generation or nurture processes as needed.
  • Comfortable with working extra hours occasionally to meet job requirements.
