What you'll do:

We are looking for a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to join our Commercial Analytics team. In this role, you will transform complex data into actionable insights that drive commercial categories performance, engagement, and customer retention.

As part of the Commercial Analytics Team, the Business Intelligent Analyst role requires strong analytical thinking, technical skills, and the ability to translate data into clear business recommendations.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Build, develop and maintain data models, reporting systems, dashboards, and performance metrics. Making and preparing thoughtful and insightful dashboards which are interactive and contribute to the decision making.
  • Manage and optimize processes for data intake, validation as well as modeling, visualization and communication outputs
  • Identifying the problem, and structuring it to deliver the desired outcomes independently
  • Interpret and report results for various growth aspects (Merchandising, Marketing etc.) and to relevant stakeholders
  • Further capabilities of the company’s analytical and forecasting tools to meet users’ needs and enhance decision-making
  • Develop/maintain dashboards and visualizations to expose data to stakeholders and support in decision making, Translate complex data findings into clear, business friendly insights.
  • Suggest and implement new KPIs to align with evolving business goals and improve performance tracking
  • Increase reporting efficiency by streamlining workflows, simplifying and automating reporting and other data driven activities; build solutions to have maximum scale and self service ability by stakeholders.
  • Conduct deep dive analyses to support categories growth initiatives and business decisions.
  • Ability to analyze and synthesize business requirements, including recognizing patterns and conceptualizing processes.


What you'll need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Analysis or a similar field.
  • 3-4 years of relevant experience in a similar role (preferably in e-commerce or retail) .
  • Strong data analysis skills with querying languages: SQL, R, Python, etc.
  • Experience with BI visualization tools such as Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
  • Advanced Knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Excellent analytical skills and problem solving capabilities with an ability to structure problems for analysis, analyze the data, understand root causes, and propose solutions.
  • Ability to translate complex data into clear business insights.
