Senior Buyer

We are seeking a dynamic Senior Buyer to lead the buying strategy for our Fashion and Sports categories. In this role, you will take ownership of assortment planning, supplier negotiations, and product performance analysis, ensuring our customers have access to the most desirable, trend-driven collections. What You’ll Be Doing:

• Develop and execute buying strategies that align with business goals and customer insights.
• Manage vendor relationships, from sourcing and onboarding to long-term strategic partnerships.
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and promotional opportunities with suppliers.
• Select and curate product assortments across the Fashion and Sports categories, ensuring trend relevance and commercial performance.
• Analyze category performance, sales data, and market trends to inform future buying decisions.
• Collaborate with planning, marketing, and merchandising teams to ensure product availability and alignment with campaigns.
• Monitor competitor activity, pricing, and assortment to maintain a competitive edge.
• Lead the buying calendar, ensuring timely order placement and seasonal readiness.
• Oversee stock levels and implement markdown or replenishment strategies where needed.
• Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and category growth planning.

What You Bring to the Table:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Fashion Merchandising, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in buying or merchandising, preferably within fashion, sportswear, or e-commerce.
• Strong vendor negotiation and relationship management skills.
• In-depth knowledge of global fashion and sports trends.
• Proven analytical skills with experience using sales and inventory management tools.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); familiarity with ERP or buying systems is a plus.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
