Job Description

Tactical

• Build a buying plan for the assigned PRs/material group considering customer need, product trends
  
  

and historic records.

• Monitor PR to PO process and identify development opportunities
  
  

Operational (Core)

• Handle day to day procurement transactions for assigned PRs/material group.
• Contact supplier/s and/or service provider/s to obtain technical and commercial quotations.
• Validate, analyze, and negotiate commercial quotations.
• Monitor delivery compliance and circulate related reports to concerned stakeholders.
• Obtain the required approval prior placing commitment to supplier.
• Place official purchase order via SAP.
• Maintain material and vendor master records.
• Support new product development – participate in new project based on purchasing manager
  
  

guidance.

• Conduct business meetings with vendors and stakeholders.
• Develop and prepare business reports.
  
  

Skills

• SAP Knowledge & Food Commodities experience
• CPP,CISCP, CPPM are advantages
• Business administration or Engineering Degree
• Strategic Sourcing, managing high value & Critical spend categories
• Minimum 5+ yrs of experience in Supply Chain Management
