Senior Case Manager (Pre-Litigation) - Bilingual Preferred

Ready to take your case management skills to the next level? We’re looking for a strong Case Manager who’s ready to step into a more advanced role with greater ownership, structure, and impact.

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Case Manager (Growth-Focused Role) who can take ownership of pre-litigation cases and move them forward with minimal oversight.

This role is ideal for a strong case manager ready to operate at a higher level within a structured, system-driven environment.

You will be expected to analyze, prioritize, and drive cases forward, while continuing to develop your ability to identify issues, manage exposure, and contribute to overall case strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a full caseload from intake handoff through pre-litigation resolution
  • Evaluate liability and identify potential issues early
  • Monitor treatment and ensure timely case progression
  • Prepare files for demand (records, bills, affidavits, documentation)
  • Coordinate with internal teams on records, billing, and reductions
  • Assist in identifying and managing lien exposure (health insurance, hospital liens, subrogation)
  • Communicate with clients and set clear, realistic expectations
  • Support case strategy and overall file development

What Success Looks Like

  • Files move consistently without unnecessary delays
  • Cases are organized and progressing toward demand readiness
  • Lien and balance issues are identified and addressed appropriately
  • Clients are informed and expectations are clearly managed
  • Issues are recognized and brought forward proactively

What We’re Looking For

You will do well in this role if you:

  • Take ownership of your files without constant direction
  • Think critically and are willing to ask the right questions
  • Understand how case handling impacts value and outcomes
  • Are organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
  • Are open to feedback and developing your skillset

This is not a fit for candidates who rely heavily on step-by-step direction or focus only on task completion.

Qualifications

  • 3–5+ years personal injury case management experience (pre-litigation required)
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred
  • Strong understanding of liability, treatment, and case progression
  • Experience reviewing medical records and billing
  • Working knowledge of liens and subrogation preferred
  • Experience managing a caseload with increasing independence
  • Filevine experience preferred but not required

Hiring Process

Qualified candidates will complete a brief case evaluation exercise as part of the interview process.

Why Join Us

  • Structured, process-driven environment
  • Clear expectations and accountability
  • Opportunity to grow into a higher-level role

Compensation

Compensation is based on demonstrated skill and performance, not years of experience alone.

If you’re a strong Case Manager who takes ownership of your files and is ready to grow into a higher level role, we encourage you to apply.
