Key Responsibilities

ngPrior Art Searches: Conduct comprehensive searches on databases for patentability, Freedom to Operate (FTO), and invalidation.

• Technical Analysis: Analyze chemical processes, materials, and formulations to determine novelty and inventive steps.
• Patent Searching: Study technical descriptions, claims, and specifications for patent applications.
• Claim Chart Generation: Prepare, analyze, and map claim charts for infringement analysis.
• Landscaping: Perform patent landscape analysis to identify technology trends in the chemical industry.
• Collaboration: Work with legal teams and inventors to protect intellectual property and draft responses to office action

Mandatory qualification: M.Tech - Chemical Engineering from IIT
