Project Overview

We are executing a PSU infrastructure project for HPCL involving the construction of a Zonal Office Building at Sanath Nagar, Hyderabad. The scope includes civil, interior finishes, waterproofing, structural works, services coordination, and allied works.
We seek an experienced engineer capable of independently handling technical supervision, quality control, and compliance as per HPCL / CPWD / PSU standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Overall technical supervision of Civil and Interior works
• Ensure strict compliance with HPCL tender conditions, CPWD / PSU specifications, and approved drawings
• Review and control execution of RCC, masonry, plastering, flooring, painting, waterproofing, and finishing works
• Supervise interior works such as partitions, false ceilings, glazing, joinery, flooring, painting, and fit-outs
• Monitor quality control, workmanship, material approvals, and testing
• Conduct regular site inspections and issue technical guidance
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, vendors, and HPCL representatives
• Assist in measurements, certifications, billing, documentation, and site records
• Support compliance with safety, statutory norms, and PSU procedures

Eligibility & Experience

• Civil Engineer (Degree mandatory)
• Retired or currently practicing engineers may apply
• Experience from:
• HPCL / IOCL / BPCL or other PSU projects (preferred)
• CPWD / PWD
• Central / State Government departments
• PSUs / Government undertakings
• Minimum 10 years of experience in large building / institutional projects, including interior works
• Strong understanding of PSU tender procedures, BOQs, specifications, and execution controls

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Hyderabad-based or willing to be based at site
• Experience in office buildings / institutional / PSU infrastructure projects
• Hands-on exposure to civil + interior execution
• Ability to guide site engineers and contractors
• Practical, detail-oriented, and solution-driven approach

Compensation & Engagement

• Full-Time Salary OR Consultancy Fees – Negotiable
• Engagement structure flexible based on experience and availability
