Position: Senior Civil Engineer

• Thol, Gandhinagar – Plotting Development
• Palodia, Ahmedabad – Bungalow Construction

Total Openings: 3 Positions (1 person for each location)
Gender Preference: Male Candidates
Experience: 7 to 10 Years
Qualification: Diploma in Civil Engineering / B.E. in Civil Engineering
Salary: ₹60,000 to ₹70,000 per month (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and execute all on-site civil construction activities as per drawings and specifications.
• Manage day-to-day operations, manpower, materials, and subcontractors at the site.
• Ensure quality control, timely execution, and adherence to project deadlines.
• Coordinate with office teams for work progress reporting and material planning.
• Monitor site safety, labor management, and documentation.
• Handle local approvals and liaise with vendors/contractors.

Required Skills:

• Strong site execution knowledge in plotting or residential (bungalow) development
• Ability to independently manage site operations
• Proficient in reading drawings, BOQs, and quality standards
• Familiar with MS Office, AutoCAD, and reporting tools
• Excellent leadership and problem-solving abilities
