Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Civil Foreman to supervise and coordinate all on-site civil construction activities. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing site operations, labor teams, subcontractors, and materials to ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead site workers and subcontractors for all civil works.
• Ensure construction is carried out according to drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Plan daily activities and allocate tasks to ensure smooth site operations.
• Monitor material usage, manpower, and equipment to maintain efficiency.
• Inspect ongoing work to ensure compliance with safety and quality requirements.
• Coordinate with engineers, site managers, and other departments.
• Prepare daily progress reports and assist in project documentation.
• Enforce safety regulations and promote a clean, safe, and organized site environment.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5–6 years of experience in civil construction, with at least 3 years in a Foreman/Senior Foreman role in the UAE or GCC.
• Strong knowledge of concrete, finishing, and structural works.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and team coordination skills.
• Strong commitment to safety and quality.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED12,000.00 - AED14,000.00 per month
