Senior Civil Site Engineer

SENIOR SITE ENGINEER JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Review construction drawings, design specifications, and project plans.
• Plan daily/weekly work schedules and allocate work to site engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, project managers, and clients.
• Ensure on-site execution follows approved drawings and quality standards.
• Monitor construction activities such as RCC work, shuttering, masonry, plumbing, electrical, finishing, etc.
• Supervise subcontractors and labor teams to ensure productivity and quality.
• Prepare material requirements and ensure timely availability of cement, steel, aggregates, tiles, fittings, etc.
• Verify and approve quality of incoming materials.
• Maintain stock records and reduce wastage on-site.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for timely deliveries.
• Track progress against project schedules and highlight delays.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

• Madampatti, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• Project planning: 6 years (Preferred)
• Project engineering: 6 years (Required)
