SNAP14 is seeking a Client Relations & Brand Marketing Executive to oversee all aspects of client relationship management, brand marketing, and communications. This role ensures that clients receive a seamless, high-end experience while also driving brand awareness, industry engagement, and inbound lead generation.
The Client Relations & Brand Marketing Executive is responsible for maintaining and nurturing strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high satisfaction levels, and strategically managing client communication, referrals, and engagement initiatives. While this role does not involve creating marketing strategy, it requires a strategic mindset to ensure that all client interactions, brand messaging, and marketing efforts align with SNAP14’s luxury and exclusive positioning.

Key Responsibilities:
Client Relations & Experience Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for all client-related matters, ensuring seamless communication and high satisfaction.
- Maintain 80% direct client engagement quarterly through personalized check-ins, informal follow-ups, and strategic touchpoints.
- Develop and oversee client onboarding experiences, including welcome letters, gifting strategies, and VIP treatment.
- Own the whole client journey experience from potential deal to post project followup. This will include receiving briefs, conducting client meetings, facilitating payments and completing client agreements.
- Prepare and negotiate project estimates and proposals as the clients advocate.
- Manage client satisfaction surveys, referrals, and engagement reports, ensuring continuous improvement.
- Plan and execute client retention initiatives, including wrap-up dinners, project gifting, and ongoing relationship-building activities.
- Ensure client feedback is collected, analyzed, and used to optimize services while maintaining a luxury brand image.
Client Communication & Quality Assurance
- Ensure that all client-facing communication aligns with SNAP14’s high-end branding and service excellence.
- Oversee smooth communication protocols, ensuring quick response times, availability, and clear messaging.
- Push internal teams (production, finance, and GM) to stay within budget and ensure projects meet client expectations.
- Ensure that clients are protected from internal challenges, controlling the environment to maintain a positive experience.
- Work closely with the production team to guarantee a plan B is always in place for project logistics, transportation, and accommodations.
Client Referrals & Relationship Expansion
- Develop a structured approach for client referrals, ensuring consistent referrals per year.
- Proactively search for and engage with potential ideal clients.
- Schedule follow-up meetings at project completion to foster long-term engagement and client expansion opportunities.
- Proactively identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities, ensuring clients are aware of SNAP14’s full range of services.
- Maintain and update the client tracking system, ensuring accurate records of engagement and relationship history.
Brand Marketing & PR Support
- Oversee brand communication efforts, ensuring that all client touchpoints, marketing materials, and PR activities reflect the brand’s positioning.
- Work with the Digital Marketing Analyst & Optimizer and Creative Content Specialist to ensure that brand messaging remains consistent, compelling, and results-driven.
- Manage public relations efforts, including influencer partnerships, media placements, and brand storytelling initiatives.
- Represent SNAP14 at industry networking events, client meetings, and partnership engagements.
- Support leadership in identifying high-value PR, media, and award opportunities to elevate SNAP14’s industry presence.
Collaboration with Internal Teams
- Provide strategic input to the Creative Content Specialist on brand messaging and storytelling approaches.
- Guide the Digital Marketing Analyst & Optimizer to ensure client communication strategies are aligned with marketing best practices.
- Work to ensure marketing efforts support lead generation and business development goals.
- Ensure all client communication, marketing campaigns, and brand initiatives drive long-term client loyalty and engagement.
