Position Overview
We are seeking a highly professional and relationship-driven Senior Client Relationship & Success Coordinator to manage international CRM clients and ensure smooth IT service delivery.
This role involves no cold calling.
You will work with existing clients, warm leads, and ongoing CRM accounts, ensuring they receive top-tier support and value from our solutions.
Key Responsibilities
CRM & Client Relationship Management
Act as the primary contact for international clients using our CRM and IT solutions.
Nurture long-term, trust-based relationships with B2B clients.
Understand client needs and align them with appropriate CRM functionality and IT support.
Onboarding & Solution Implementation
Guide new clients through CRM setup, onboarding, and integration.
Provide product walk-throughs and ensure clients understand the features.
Offer tailored solutions based on business goals and system requirements.
Support, Coordination & Optimization
Collaborate with internal IT and support teams to resolve client queries.
Monitor service quality, ticket handling, and overall system performance.
Suggest improvements or additional CRM features that enhance workflow efficiency.
Growth, Retention & Reporting
Track client usage, satisfaction levels, and performance metrics.
Identify opportunities for upselling or service enhancement (soft selling).
Maintain detailed documentation of client interactions and technical needs.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (IT, Business, Marketing or related fields preferred).
Strong communication skills (verbal & written).
Understanding of CRM systems or IT service workflows (a strong plus).
Relationship-oriented mindset with problem-solving ability.
Ability to manage multiple clients and tasks simultaneously.
Experience with international clients is a plus.
Fresh graduates with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
