Position Overview

We are looking for a Senior Client Relationship & Success Coordinator who can manage international CRM clients and ensure smooth, efficient service delivery.
No cold calling is required.
You will work with existing clients, warm leads, and active CRM accounts—ensuring they receive high-quality support, guidance, and value from our services.

Key ResponsibilitiesCRM & Client Relationship Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for international CRM and IT service clients.
  • Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with B2B clients.
  • Understand client needs and match them with the right CRM features and IT support solutions.

Onboarding & Implementation

  • Guide new clients through CRM onboarding, configuration, and integration.
  • Conduct product walk-throughs and train clients on key functionalities.
  • Deliver tailored recommendations aligned with client business goals.

Support, Coordination & Optimization

  • Coordinate with internal IT and support teams to resolve client queries.
  • Monitor service quality, ticket resolution, and system performance.
  • Suggest workflow improvements or additional CRM features to boost efficiency.

Growth, Retention & Reporting

  • Track client satisfaction, usage patterns, and performance indicators.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling or service enhancement (soft selling).
  • Maintain detailed documentation of client interactions and technical requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (preference for IT, Business, Marketing, or related fields).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems or IT service processes (preferred but not required).
  • A relationship-focused mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities simultaneously.
  • Experience with international clients is a plus.
  • Fresh graduates with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
