Brief Description about the Project

A highly experienced Senior Clinical Dietitian with at least 12 years of clinical nutrition experience in a hospital setting, known for delivering advanced, evidence-based medical nutrition therapy (MNT) across diverse patient groups.

The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in various domains of medical nutrition therapy, along with proven leadership in guiding clinical teams, mentoring junior staff, and enhancing the quality of nutrition services.

Salary:Rs.55,000 /- per month

Language: English, Kannada, Hindi

Experience:Minimum of 12 years’ experience working as a clinical dietitian in a hospital setting.

• Good technical, analytic, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with strong written, interpersonal, and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and in a multidisciplinary team.
• Attention to detail, time management, systematic work approach.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Key duties include:

• Develop individualized MNT plans.
• Lead enteral and parenteral nutrition support across clinical units.
• Participate in multidisciplinary rounds and provide expert nutrition input.
• Develop and update clinical nutrition protocols and SOPs.
• Mentor and supervise junior dietitians and interns.
• Deliver training sessions for clinical dietitians’ team.
• Collaborate with consultants for specialized nutrition care plans.
• Coordinate therapeutic diets with the food services team.
• Review and recommend nutrition products and supplements.
• Provide patient and caregiver counselling on disease-specific nutrition.
• Manage MNT for admitted patients across wards and ICUs.
• Provide individualized nutrition consultations for chronic and lifestyle-related conditions to outpatients.
• Develop long-term nutrition plans and conduct follow-up reviews.
• Support multidisciplinary outpatient clinics with specialized nutrition care.
