About the Role:

We are currently looking for a Senior Commercial Strategy Manager who can lead high-impact business initiatives and help shape the future direction of our regional operations. You will work closely with executive leadership, sales teams, and operational stakeholders to identify new growth opportunities and optimize commercial performance across multiple business units.

Key Responsibilities:
Commercial Strategy Development:
Develop and execute commercial strategies that improve revenue growth, operational efficiency, and market positioning across regional business operations.
Business Performance Management:
Monitor KPIs, analyze operational data, and identify opportunities for cost optimization and process improvement.
Cross Functional Leadership:
Collaborate with finance, operations, sales, and technology teams to ensure alignment between commercial objectives and operational execution.
Client and Stakeholder Management:
Build strong relationships with key clients, partners, and executive stakeholders while supporting long-term business expansion initiatives.
Team Leadership:
Lead and mentor a small team of business analysts and commercial specialists while promoting a performance-driven culture.
What We Are Looking For:
Experience:
7+ years of experience in commercial strategy, business operations, or corporate planning, with at least 2 years in a senior leadership role.
Industry Knowledge:
Strong understanding of business operations, strategic planning, and commercial performance management within technology-driven or enterprise service environments.
Technical Skills:
Experience with ERP systems, business intelligence platforms, advanced Excel reporting, and data analytics tools is highly preferred.
Language Skills:
English fluency is required. Arabic language skills are considered a strong advantage for regional stakeholder engagement.
Mindset:
You are analytical, commercially aware, and highly organized. You can balance long-term strategic thinking with day-to-day operational execution while maintaining a strong focus on business growth and client satisfaction.
Pay: KD1,900.000 - KD2,600.000 per month
