Key Responsibilities:

• Graduate MBA from leading A B category schools BE B
• Tech from Grade A engineering colleges will be added advantage with an excellent academic track record
• 5 years experience working within a technology field out of which
• Minimum of 2 years experience post MBA should be in one of the following
• RPA Cognitive Automation assessments consulting implementation
• Business process automation workflow tools
• Excellent Process domain knowledge
• Certification in one or more of the following is preferred
• Automation Anywhere
• UiPath
• Blue Prism
• Work Fusion
• Knowledge of RPA Cognitive Automation concepts and ROI business case analysis is a must
• Knowledge of lean six sigma Machine learning concepts and basic programming skills in
• Net C PLSQL will be a plus
• Make solution proposals that show value for money and that sell
• Solution champion with good articulation and presentation skills
• Networking skills with the ability to work with multiple stakeholders
• Ability to communicate and effectively interact with CxOs
• Work effectively both independently as well as a member of a cross functional team
• Ability and willingness to mentor other team members
• Willing to travel as required
