Senior Consultant - Bid Management

Job Description

• 8–12 years of experience in IT / technology services.
• 8+ years in bid management, presales, or technical proposal writing roles (preferably in public
  
  

sector)

• Strong background in application development, enterprise platforms, and system integration.
• Proven experience delivering large RFPs, RFQs, and framework agreements.
• Experience supporting GCC, government, or regulated-sector customers is highly desirable.
• Solid understanding of Agile, SAFe, and DevOps delivery models.
• Experience with fixed-price, T&M, and milestone-based contracts.
• Familiarity with Application Managed Services (AMS).
  
  

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the full bid lifecycle from RFP analysis to submission.-Act as the technical SPOC producing the bulk of proposal content.-Develop technical solution write-ups, delivery and governance models, and SoWs.-Prepare SLAs, KPIs, assumptions, dependencies, and risk registers.-Develop BOQs, resource plans, and effort estimates in coordination with architects andfinance.-Produce architecture diagrams, integration flows, and delivery visuals.-Ensure proposal compliance with RFP requirements and evaluation criteria.-Coordinate inputs from architects, developers, PMO, finance, legal, and partners.-Support clarifications, workshops, and proposal defenses when required.
  
  

Qualifications

Education & Certifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or related field. - PMP or PRINCE2. - Agile / Scrum certification (CSM, PSM, SAFe). - Cloud certification (AWS, Azure, or GCP). - TOGAF (preferred). Platform exposure preferred: - Microsoft (.NET, Azure, Power Platform). - Oracle (OCI, Fusion, APEX). - SAP (S/4HANA, BTP). - Integration platforms (MuleSoft, Boomi, WSO2, Apigee).
  
  

Skills & Competencies

• Excellent English technical writing skills. - Strong ability to translate architecture into proposal-ready content. - Proven experience producing BOQs, diagrams, and solution documentation. - Strong RFP analysis and compliance skills. - Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, or Lucidchart. - Ability to manage multiple bids concurrently in a remote environment. - High attention to detail, ownership, and accountability.
