KPMG Lower Gulf is seeking to expand their People & Change (P&C) team. Our practice has seen tremendous client demand to support projects across key aspects of the HR value chain, specifically in HR Transformation, Organisation Design, Workforce Shaping, Total Rewards, Talent X and more. We are currently seeking an exceptional candidate with proven track records in delivery of large scale engagements across public and private sector entities in the Middle East.

Responsibilities
- Deliver project work under the guidance of Project Manager.
- Support the delivery of large scale consulting projects as per commitments to client, technical quality of deliverables, meeting time project timelines and managing client expectations.
- Leverage data and models to develop strategic plans to tackle client specific challenges.
- Support the completion of gap analyses and current state assessments to identify operational efficiency, processes, systems, policies, and standards.
- Help develop implementation plans for clients.
- Record project progress against key milestones, assess continuous improvement opportunities and adjust plan while highlighting potential risks.
- Assist in developing leadership tools (e.g., dashboards, presentations) to measure progress and highlight key insights.
- Support research effort for external benchmarking and internal focus group discussions as required.
- Apply core consulting skills such as strategic problem solving, data analysis and report writing.
- Take ownership of assigned tasks, achieving high quality and timely results.
- Conduct structured research assignments based on project needs.
- Mentor junior team members during project delivery.
- Support in Business Development through proposal writing, presentations, research, etc.
- Engage in practice and solution development through contributions to methodologies, intellectual capital, thought leadership, etc.
Skills and Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology or Business Management (Professional HR accreditation is a plus).
- 5 years of people advisory experience as a management consultant or internal consultant position in a large organization. Candidates with experience outside consulting should demonstrate the flair and skills to fit into a consulting environment.
- Experience working with senior management in project/scope management, reporting on project status, issue escalation and risk management.
- Resilient and adaptable to accomplish engagement activities throughout dynamic and challenging environments.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong capability in working and managing multiple stakeholders (cross culture) in large and complex projects.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders (including comfort in engaging with executive level clients).
- Passion in solving people related issues.
- Demonstrate good mentoring and coaching experience.
- Sound analytical and problem solving skills with strong attention to detail.
- Self motivated individual who enjoys working in strong, collaborative team environments.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Arabic.
- High proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and MS Project.
- Willingness to travel for extended periods within the GCC region based on project requirements.
