We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Content Designer/Creator to lead our content direction and elevate our brand’s creative presence. This is a senior-level, full-time onsite role suited for professionals who bring strategic thinking, creative excellence, and hands-on execution to the table.

About the Role

As a Senior Content Designer/Creator, you will take ownership of our content strategy and production. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, develop high-impact creative assets, and ensure the brand’s communication remains consistent, compelling, and effective. This role requires maturity, vision, and the ability to deliver high-quality content independently.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement content strategies aligned with business and brand objectives
• Create and refine diverse content formats: digital, visual, written, and multimedia
• Lead content projects from concept development to final execution
• Work with internal teams to understand goals, gather insights, and produce relevant content
• Maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints
• Guide and mentor junior designers and creators
• Ensure timely delivery of content while maintaining exceptional quality standards

Required Qualifications

• 6–7 years of professional experience in content design, content creation, or related creative fields
• Strong, proven portfolio showcasing content strategy, creative execution, and design work
• Proficiency in industry-standard tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, etc.)
• Excellent writing, communication, and storytelling abilities
• Strong time-management and project leadership skills
• Ability to work onsite within a structured office environment (no remote/hybrid options)
