Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy aligned with marketing, sales, and business objectives.

Identify content needs for US-based audiences, ensuring relevance and resonance with target industries.
- Produce high-quality, goal-driven content, including blogs, case studies, white papers, website copy, and social media posts.
- Craft engaging and technically accurate content for Legal process outsourcing services, with a focus on managed services for Big Law firms.

Collaborate with the IT team to create compelling content that highlights Information Technology services, emphasizing Generative AI, enterprise application solutions and integration, and custom application development.
- Conduct in-depth research on industry trends, competitor strategies, and target audience preferences to create insightful content that addresses customers pinpoints.

Collaborate with internal teams to gather data and success stories for case studies and white papers.

Optimize content for search engines to increase visibility, rankings, and organic traffic in collaboration with SEO specialist.
- Edit and proofread content to ensure it meets the highest standards of quality, accuracy, and consistency.

Ensure alignment with HazenTech's brand voice and guidelines.

Work closely with the marketing, sales, and IT teams to ensure content supports lead generation, customer engagement, and business growth goals.
