Requirements & Qualifications
Education & Professional Background
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Finance, or a related discipline.
Professional certification (e.g., AACE, RICS, ACCA, CIMA) is an advantage.
Experience
Minimum 5–8 years of cost control experience within construction, rail, or major infrastructure projects.
Proven experience on large, complex projects (EPC, Design & Build, or alliance models preferred).
Strong understanding of cost control processes across the full project lifecycle.
Technical Skills
Advanced proficiency in cost control tools and software (e.g., SAP, Primavera P6, Power BI, Excel).
Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, earned value management, and cash flow analysis.
Ability to interpret project schedules and integrate cost and planning data.
