We are a well-established contracting company specializing in All Kinds of Ceiling and Partition works across various commercial, residential, and institutional projects in the UAE.

Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Cost Estimator with a strong background in Ceiling and Partition systems to join our pre-contracts team. The selected candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, material take-offs, and pricing analyses in line with project requirements and company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review tender documents, drawings, and specifications to extract relevant scope items.
• Prepare detailed quantity take-offs and cost breakdowns for ceiling and partition works.
• Develop comprehensive cost estimates, rate analyses, and comparison sheets.
• Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors for updated material and labour quotations.
• Support the preparation of technical and commercial proposals.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of all tender submissions.
• Maintain cost databases and monitor market pricing trends.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum 3 years of UAE experience in cost estimation within Ceiling, Partition, or Interior Fit-Out works.
• Strong understanding of construction materials, finishes, and systems related to interior works.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and MS Office applications.
• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related discipline.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
