Senior CRM & Automation Developer (Zoho-Focused, Multi-Platform)

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior CRM & Automation Developer with deep expertise in Zoho CRM and the ability to work across multiple automation platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining advanced CRM solutions, automations, and integrations for a global portfolio of clients.
This role requires strong technical ability, excellent understanding of business logic, fast learning, and the capability to deliver clean, stable, and scalable solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain advanced workflows, functions, and automations in Zoho CRM using Deluge, Client Scripts, Widgets, and COQL.
- Build end-to-end integrations using REST APIs, OAuth2 flows, incoming/outgoing webhooks, and other API-based systems.
- Create custom UI components, widgets (HTML/JS), and dynamic subform logic.
- Implement automation solutions across multiple platforms (Zoho, Monday, Airtable, and more).
- Translate business requirements into structured technical solutions with accuracy and efficiency.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve automation or integration issues.
- Ensure all solutions follow best practices, error handling, and logging standards.
- Communicate clearly in English and collaborate with internal teams or clients as needed.
Required Skills
- Strong expertise in Zoho CRM, Deluge scripting, Client Scripts, and Widgets.
- Hands-on experience with COQL, advanced search queries, functions, workflows, and datastores.
- Excellent understanding of REST APIs, JSON, OAuth2, and authentication flows.
- Ability to build stable integrations with webhooks, callbacks, retry logic, and error handling.
- Experience with Monday.com and Airtable (Salesforce is a bonus).
- Strong JavaScript skills and good understanding of HTML/CSS.
- Advantage: Knowledge of Python.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and structured thinking abilities.
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
Required Experience
- 3–5+ years of CRM development & automation experience.
- Minimum 2 years hands-on experience in Zoho CRM (mandatory).
- Proven experience designing complex automation flows and stable integrations.
- Experience with third-party APIs such as Google Sheets, WhatsApp APIs, SMS providers, payment gateways, etc.
- Experience developing widgets, custom UI components, and complex subform logic.
Working Days, Hours & Time Zone
First month: Sunday–Thursday
After first month: Can be changed to Monday–Friday
- Hours: Start time: 10:00 AM Bangkok Time
- 5 hours/day initially (expanding to full-time)
Mandatory TestsTest 1 – Deluge Function with External API
The candidate must develop a full Deluge solution that:
- Authenticates with an external REST API
- Retrieves and processes data (validation, cleaning, filtering)
- Creates or updates records in Zoho CRM
- Includes proper error handling and logging
- Handles pagination where applicable
Test 2 – Advanced Zoho Client Script
The candidate must build a Client Script that:
- Dynamically adds products into a subform based on user inputs
- Performs front-end validations
- Executes inline calculations
- Displays real-time UI feedback
- Uses async API calls (if needed)
- Demonstrates strong command of Zoho’s JS APIs and event handling
