Senior CSA Engineer

We are looking for a UAEN Senior CSA Engineer to join our Data Center Implementation team. He/ she is responsible is responsible for overseeing and managing the design, construction, and quality control of all civil, structural, and architectural aspects of the data centres projects. This includes ensuring that the facility is built to the highest standards in terms of safety, functionality, and compliance with local regulations and industry standards. The Senior CSA Engineer is responsible works closely with various engineering teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure the smooth and efficient delivery of the project. Develop conceptual design, space planning, and technical details of architectural and interior projects

Some of their key accountabilities will be as follow

   Coordinate and supervise the work of civil, structural, and architectural teams, ensuring timely and efficient completion of all tas
2. ks.Work with Technical Advisors and Architects of Records to review design documents, plans, and specifications to ensure quality and complian
3. ce.Supervise the construction of civil and structural elements, such as foundations, building frameworks, external and internal structures, as well as any architectural finishes or elemen
4. ts.Manage on-site activities to ensure quality control, adherence to schedules, and compliance with safety and environmental regulatio
5. ns.Collaborate with other engineering disciplines (mechanical, electrical, ELV, etc.), project managers, and external contractors to ensure the project progresses smoothly and all work is integrated proper
6. ly.Conduct regular inspections and audits of the construction site to ensure work is progressing according to plan and quality standar
7. ds.Identify and manage potential risks and issues related to civil, structural, and architectural design and construction, including delays, budget overruns, and regulatory complian

Eligibility requirements and key competenc

1. ies:
   Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural engineering, (Master’s degree prefer
2. red).10 + years of experience in Design, Construction , Fit out works and project manage
3. ment.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and quality stand
4. ards.Additional certifications in sustainability (e.g., LEED, WELL) is a
