Senior CSR (Outbound sales - UK clients) — Lahore (On-site)

About the role

We’re hiring a Senior Sales & Business Development Manager to lead our Lahore office sales function for Carry Crew Limited. This is a hands-on closing role where you will be the primary revenue driver—speaking to UK customers, converting enquiries into bookings, and managing a small team to maintain world-class response times and follow-up standards.

This is a replacement hire for a key seat. We want someone who is mature, reliable, target-driven, and capable of representing a premium UK service on every call.

What you’ll do (core responsibilities)

  • Convert inbound UK move enquiries via outbound call-backs and follow-ups
  • Run confident discovery calls: assess scope, build trust, handle objections, and close bookings
  • Own your pipeline: response speed, follow-up cadence, quote chasing, deposit/booking confirmation
  • Manage day-to-day performance of 2 Sales CSRs + 1 Admin
  • Coach call quality: scripts/talk tracks, objection handling, customer experience, professionalism
  • Keep CRM updated with accurate notes, next steps, and clean handovers
  • After onboarding, begin estimating and booking smaller hourly jobs on-call; for larger jobs you’ll support the quoting process and coordinate surveys with directors/ops

Performance expectations (what success looks like)

  • Strong conversion rate from enquiries → booked jobs
  • Consistent revenue + moves booked (targets set and tracked)
  • Fast lead response times and disciplined follow-up by the team
  • Clean CRM hygiene and predictable pipeline reporting

Requirements (must-have)

  • 5+ years experience selling to overseas clients (UK preferred)
  • Fluent English (spoken & written) — you can lead calls confidently and professionally
  • Proven closer: you can convert leads, not just “talk”
  • Prior experience managing a small team (daily accountability + coaching)
  • Comfortable working UK business hours from Lahore and staying late when required
  • Strong integrity, reliability, and ownership mindset

Nice-to-have

  • Experience selling services (removals/logistics is a plus, not required)
  • CRM experience (e.g., Zoho or similar)
  • Strong proposal/quoting communication and negotiation ability

Compensation

Performance-based / commission-only (base salary can be discussed)

We will agree a clear commission structure based on experience. (Details shared during interview.) A base pay can be discussed.
