Description:

The Senior Customer Service – Account Management role at Sundus Global in Riyadh is responsible for managing key client accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and maintaining strong client relationships. The position requires a proactive approach to client needs, expert problem-solving, and the ability to analyze and report on account activities using advanced Excel skills.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts, handling all inquiries and service requests.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships to ensure customer retention and satisfaction.
  • Proactively identify client needs and provide tailored solutions to enhance the customer experience.
  • Monitor account performance, prepare regular reports, and analyze data using Excel to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Ensure all client communications are handled professionally and in alignment with company standards.
  • Support the onboarding of new clients and the implementation of service agreements.
  • Gather client feedback and collaborate with management to enhance service offerings.



Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in customer service or account management, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis and reporting.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
