Senior Customer Service Advisor

Core Responsibilities

• Working together with Turkiye customers (LEGO Branded Channel and grocery) and sales team and supporting the team for claim management (returns & damages)
• Optimize customer inventories through analysis and operations of the replenishment system
• Participate in customer meetings driving operations agenda
• Taking care of Order 2 Cash process optimization
• Resolves unacceptable situations with customers, as well as problems between shipping locations, carriers, receiving departments, inventory analysts, and buyers to ensure planned arrival of product
• Acts as liaison between customer, sales, customer service and carriers

The focus of this position is servicing our B2B customers Operational needs to the highest possible standard. This requires independent management of customer orders, deliveries, invoices, and claims resolution. It requires close collaboration with the LEGO Sales team to ensure alignment and that we deliver the best for our customers every day.

Do you have what it takes?

• Experience within supply chain organization (especially in customer service department)
• Knowledge of order to cash process, logistic services
• Ability to analyze multiple/different source of data to identify issues, incl. pro-active issues solving
• Experience working with SAP, Excel and Outlook
• High level of collaboration – customer service mindset
• Fluent in written and spoken English & Turkish
