Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Manage reservation forms, SPAs, and all required sales documentation.
• Coordinate with the Dubai Land Department for Oqood registrations.
• Handle brokerage releases from Escrow accounts and manage related paperwork.
• Issue payment demand notes and ensure timely collections.
• Maintain and update the customer database and Salesforce CRM.
• Follow up with clients for payments and receipt issuance.
• Liaise with Accounts, DLD, and internal SPOCs for smooth process flow.
• Track the full customer lifecycle from booking to handover.
• Coordinate with project teams for apartment/flat handover.
• Assist clients with housing loan documentation (if needed).
• Send greetings and maintain strong customer interaction for retention.
• Provide clients with regular updates on site progress.
• Ensure all activities follow company SOPs and post-sales standards.

• Timely resolution of customer issues.
• On-time execution of sales agreements.
• Payment collection and follow-up efficiency.
• Seamless handover process with minimal delays.
• High customer satisfaction and positive feedback.
• Accurate and timely updates in Salesforce CRM.

Requirements

Education:
✔ Any bachelor’s degree

Experience:
✔2 - 4 years real estate experience (Dubai preferred)
✔ Strong background in post-sales, CRM, handover, and documentation
✔ Experience handling HNI clients is an advantage

Skills:
✔ Excellent communication and customer service skills
✔ Deep understanding of the real estate sales & post-sales process
✔ Basic knowledge of RERA and DLD procedures
✔ Strong coordination, follow-up, and multi-tasking abilities
✔ Salesforce experience highly preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to AED7,500.00 per month
