What you'll do:

• Be the main point of contact for our existing clients – via phone and email.
• Provide professional support while building strong, long-term client relationships.
• Work with multiple internal systems to ensure smooth operations.

What you bring:

• University degree in Finance, Economics, Banking, Business Administration or other related field – an advantage.
• Native level in Hindi (knowledge of additional local languages – a plus!).
• Previous customer service experience – an advantage.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-changing environment.
• Good command of MS Office.
