Senior Data Integration Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and reusable ETL/ELT solutions to meet business and analytical needs
• Automate data extraction, transformation, and loading processes for various sources and destinations
• Build and optimize data pipelines for managing structured and unstructured data in modern cloud environments
• Collaborate with engineers, analysts, and stakeholders to promote effective data integration and workflow processes
• Leverage best practices to deliver reliable and quality engineering solutions for data ingestion, transformation, and provisioning

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in data integration and data warehousing
• Proficiency in Python and PySpark for data engineering tasks
• Familiarity with Databricks for unified data analytics and processing
• Strong knowledge of designing and implementing ETL/ELT pipelines
• Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases for data processing and querying
• Familiarity with orchestration tools including Apache Airflow
• Expertise in Snowflake or comparable cloud solutions such as Azure or AWS for data warehousing and storage
• Understanding of modern data engineering tools and concepts, encompassing performance optimization, data architecture, and pipeline scalability
• Strong communication and teamwork skills coupled with a proactive and delivery-focused approach
• English level of minimum B2 (Upper-Intermediate) for effective communication

• Showcase of Databricks usage for unified data analytics and processing
• Background in integrating diverse data sources across modern cloud platforms
• Familiarity with additional scripting languages to enhance automation and integration tasks
