Senior Data Scientist

• With direct supervision, contributes to analyze and resolve specific client concerns; serves as liaison between commercial team, quality assurance, operations, engineering, admeasurement science teams with regards to internal and external client projects.
• Works across teams to provide a professional, clear response on all client queries.
• Supports GBS CSE’s in providing technical consultation to solve Data Science-related issues
• Partners with Operations team to research and provide local knowledge
• Collaboratively creates and manages projects, from timeline creation to project completion, managing expectations with manager and customer.
• Contributes to analytical projects from beginning to end; including developing analytical plan, running analyses, and summarizing results.
• Compiling and delivering documentation material such as power point slides for methodology questions and/or frequently asked questions; supporting basic client service duties as needed; and participating in team projects and staff meetings.

• Bachelors degree in business management, economics, behavioral sciences, statistics, or a related field
• 2-4 years cross-function experience
• Strong communication skills
• Strong statistical and logic skills
• Exceptional aptitude for data analysis
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and Word
• Knowledge of R, Python & SQL is a plus
• Data visualization in Microsoft Power BI is a plus
• Intellectual curiosity and persistence to find answers to questions
