We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Database Administrator with strong expertise in Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server, and Azure Database Administration. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, securing, and optimizing enterprise-grade database systems across on-premises and cloud environments. This role requires hands-on experience in performance tuning, high availability, disaster recovery, and data governance.

Requirements
Key Responsibilities

Oracle Database Administration

Administer, configure, and optimize Oracle databases in production and development environments.
Perform database upgrades, patches, migrations, and backup/restore operations.
Implement and maintain Oracle RAC, Data Guard, ASM, and RMAN strategies.
Monitor performance and execute tuning (SQL tuning, indexing strategies, query optimization).
Ensure database security, compliance, and role-based access control.

Microsoft SQL Server Database Administration

Install, configure, and maintain SQL Server instances across multiple environments.
Manage Always On Availability Groups, clustering, replication, and failover setups.
Perform database capacity planning, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
Optimize database performance through indexing, partitioning, and query tuning.
Execute scheduled maintenance, backups, and recovery procedures.

Azure Database Administration

Deploy, manage, and optimize Azure SQL Database, Azure SQL Managed Instance, and SQL VM workloads.
Implement cloud-based high availability, geo-replication, and disaster recovery solutions.
Monitor cost, performance, and security using Azure Monitor, Azure Advisor, and Azure Security Center.
Design and execute cloud migration strategies (IaaS & PaaS).
Manage identity, encryption, auditing, and access governance in Azure.

Qualifications & Certifications
Oracle Certified Professional (OCP) – Required
Microsoft Certified: Azure Database Administrator Associate – Required
Microsoft Certified: SQL Server Database Administrator – Required

Technical Skills
Strong knowledge of PL/SQL, T-SQL, indexing, and optimization techniques.
Experience with backup tools (RMAN, SQL Server Backup, Azure Recovery Services Vault).
Solid understanding of data modeling, schema design, and replication technologies.
Familiarity with automation tools (PowerShell, Bash, Python).
Understanding of networking, storage systems, and security best practices.
