Job Summary

The Senior Design Architect plays a crucial role in driving conceptual design development across a varied portfolio of architectural projects. This position requires a profound understanding of architectural principles and the ability to translate client needs and site constraints into innovative, buildable design concepts.

• Create and develop architectural design concepts that align with client needs, site conditions, and project goals.
• Produce concept sketches, 3D models, and high-quality renderings to effectively communicate design ideas.
• Collaborate with clients to gain insight into their vision, preferences, and functional requirements.
• Present conceptual designs to clients and stakeholders, clearly articulating creative intent and practical considerations.
• Incorporate client feedback into the design process while maintaining the integrity of the concept.
• Explore innovative and aesthetically compelling design solutions, including sustainable and context-sensitive approaches.
• Research and analyze project context, including environmental factors, regulatory constraints, and site-specific conditions.
• Stay informed about design trends, materials, and technologies to enhance design innovation.
• Coordinate with architects, interior designers, technical teams, and consultants to ensure design consistency and integration throughout all project phases.
• Collaborate closely with graphic designers and 3D visualizers to develop engaging visual presentations.
• Prepare and deliver professional design documentation and presentation materials, including concept boards, diagrams, and digital renderings.
• Ensure conceptual designs are technically feasible, align with project budgets and timelines, and comply with relevant codes and standards.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
• 7+ years of experience in architectural design, with a strong portfolio highlighting concept design for real estate or architectural projects.
• Proven experience leading design teams and presenting to senior stakeholders and clients.
• Familiarity with local building codes, zoning regulations, and real estate development processes is a significant advantage.
