This is a 100% commission role. We don't sugarcoat that. The structure rewards closers who protect margin:

• Commission range: 2.5%–14% per deal — the less you discount, the more you earn
• Average commission lands around 9% for reps who sell on value, not price
• Uncapped. No territory limits. No clawbacks.

What does that look like?

SOLID PERFORMER: 8 sits/wk × 35% close = ~3 deals. $10K avg ticket × 9% = $900/deal. ≈ $140K–$180K/year.

TOP CLOSER: 10 sits/wk × 45% close = ~4–5 deals. $12K+ avg ticket + margin protection. $250K–$400K+/year.
