Title: Senior Digital Execution Consultant

Location: Charlotte, NC

Duration: 6 months

Summary:

In this contingent resource assignment, you may: Participate in low to moderately complex initiatives and identify opportunity for process improvements within Marketing. Review and analyze basic or tactical Marketing assignments or challenges that require research, evaluation, and selection of alternatives, related to low-to-medium risk deliverables. Present recommendations for resolving low to moderately complex situations and exercise some independent judgment while developing understanding of function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements. Provide information to client personnel in Marketing.

Responsibilities:

• Work and collaborate with cross-functional partners to build and maintain digital marketing content
• Publish digital marketing content via various internal content management systems (Tridion, WordPress, and AEM)
• Day-to-day project management and business analysis for campaign execution activities
• Providing user acceptance testing and communication with marketing managers

Required Qualifications:

• Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
• 3+ years of Marketing, E-business, Digital Marketing, Digital Platforms (i.e., Mobile or Social Media) experience
• Digital content execution experience across multiple content management platforms (SDL Tridion, WordPress, AEM)
• Strong understanding of Accessibility Standards and testing for web content
• Experience with HTML
• Experience with supporting test content needs
• Experience in financial services or banking ideal, but not required
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communications skills
• Relationship management skills with the ability to build strong trusted relationships with business partners
• Ability to manage in a matrixed organization environment
• Proven ability to work in a fast paced, changing environment that values results
• Project management experience
• Ability to simultaneously lead multiple projects
• Self-motivated and can work independently with limited guidance
• Quick learner that can learn processes and technical details
• Strong collaboration and partnering skills with all levels of the organization
